I’d like to take a few minutes to better analyze how the words wellness and wellbeing have been changed in the past few years, evolving from a sport/diet concept to an holistic view. Wellbeing is not just going to the gym or to a spa, we can care of ourselves with small steps every day. Just try to dedicate 5 minutes a day to meditate, pay attention to what you eat and drink drink drink…water, fresh juices and sometimes as a small cuddle you can drink white sparkling wine in an iced glass🍸🍸!
