When I was a teenager I hated myself (raise your hand if  you did not), my body, my voice, even my name, everything…and then I started to accept my weaknesses, to take care of me, to accept my glitches and step by step, year after year I reached the delightful feeling of loving myself. One year ago I gave birth to my first child and now I really can say that starting from that moment, I have fallen in love with myself! I love myself throughout the eyes of my little man…

I’d like to take a few minutes to better analyze how the words wellness and wellbeing have been changed in the past few years, evolving from a sport/diet concept to an holistic view. Wellbeing is not just going to the gym or to a spa, we can care of ourselves with small steps every day. Just try to dedicate 5 minutes a day to meditate, pay attention to what you eat and drink drink drink…water, fresh juices and sometimes as a small cuddle you can drink white sparkling wine in an iced glass🍸🍸!
